Neurofeedback brain training is a non-invasive, drug-free mind-body technique that records a patient’s brain activity using electrodes. The information that is recorded is displayed on a computer screen and guides the brain health coaching process. Clients are empowered to play an integral role in their personal healing through their responses to their own brain activity they observe and interact with on the screen.
Jasmine Tan Pitman’s dual passions for helping others achieve optimal wellness and promoting the brain-mind connection, as the key to a person’s ability to reach their full potential, prompted her to start Brain Mind Wellness.
She became a certified hypnotherapist after experiencing the healing power of hypnotherapy. It was then that a passion to help others erupted inside her. She has helped guide her clients to learn to communicate with their subconscious selves to get where they want to be.
Jasmine says, “Hypnotherapy provides great results when it comes to mindset change; I started to notice that sometimes the problem lies in the function of the brain rather than one’s mindset. What if we can go even further and work with the problem where it originates — at the root?”
Jasmine, herself, had been personally bothered by tinnitus. And her daughter had been struggling to manage symptoms of ADD. She found startling success for both with neurofeedback that measured and trained their respective dysregulated brain waves. She then developed a unique approach to combine neurofeedback (brain) and hypnotherapy (mind) to help people achieve optimal wellness. She became a certified hypnotherapist, neurofeedback practitioner, and brain health coach because she believes that every person has the innate ability to heal themselves from within, once they learn how to harness the full potential of their brain/mind connection.
Fully believing that time is something money can’t buy and that life is too short to be constantly struggling, Jasmine finds joy in getting to know you and in helping you transform into the best version of yourself that you want to be.

I did neurofeedback and hypnotherapy with Jasmine. I have to say, you really have to experience it yourself to believe the effectiveness of the treatments. I’ve been working with Jasmine for about a month, and my addictive behaviors and urges and basically nonexistent. It has made my path to recovery so much easier. I started to notice the effect of hypnotherapy in just two secessions.
I've processed quite a bit through traditional therapy, DBT, and exposure therapy. In a single session of hypnotherapy with Jasmine i had new information about myself revealed to me to help my healing journey, it was definitely worth it. Additionally, the neurofeedback has been so helpful. It's clear that jasmine is someone that cares about your experiences and is genuinely honest about what's worth trying, what isn't. I really enjoyed all my sessions with her!!
When I began hypnotherapy and neurofeedback I was a little skeptical. But when I met Jasmine she did a excellent job of helping me feel at ease and optimistic about treatment. My experience at Brain Mind Wellness has been wonderful because of Jasmine's strong desire to work and accommodate with the needs of clients.
Neurofeedback therapy is worth self investment because it gains a lot of self knowledge. I even referred to a nurse's son who has depression. I took the weekly session treatment followed by the QEEP brain map test. Within two months, it significantly improved my sleep, anger, social interest, decision making, headache, fatigue, and spatial memory.
